DESCRIPTION:
The DAM-3-L volumetric filler is an automatic machine able to measure chemical or alimentary liquid or half-solid products. It is planned and built to answer specific demands of a sector of the market, where the same kind of product is maufactured in various formats with different sizes.
The Capper TA2 was working with the DAM-3L Volumetric filler, but can be considered as an independent unit and inserted in line with different kinds of fillers also by simply connecting in the right way the containers output conveyor.

Pharmaceutical, chemical, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.
MAIN FEATURES:
In the DAM-3-L volumetric filler mass meters are installed to determine the right product metering in the required quantity.
The Capper TA2, double head, is composed by a steel frame, four supporting corners and two motherboards, upper and lower and 4 height adjustable feet.

THE LINE IS ABLE TO FILL METAL OR PLASTIC CONTAINERS WITH RECTANGULAR OR ROUND BASE, OF SIZES 250 ml, 500 ml, 1000 ml, 2000 ml, 5000 ml COMPLETE WITH METAL OR PLASTIC CAPS.
