    Seller's Notes:
    1.The Atma machine is used here to pack vials and ampoules. It is not a reverse machine. It is an alternating mode machine
    2. There is no a reject system. It has a leaflet feeder and it needs an operator loading by hand. 3. Is available a manual for use and maintenance in Italian language. In attachment the first page.

    5. Waiver of subrogation applies in favor of JJSI, Hikma Pharmaceuticals-Pavia, and its affiliates with respects to General Liability, Product Liability and Workers Compensation where agreed to by contract prior to date of loss
    6. Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
    7. Certificate holder is JJSI and Hikma Pharmaceuticals-Pavia
    8. Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
