You are making an offer on a lot of 5 Clean Room Assembly Conveyors with Inverted Belts (S/S) located in Puerto Rico- USA.

96-ft Long Assembly Conveyor in 12ft sections with counter rotating belts for U-Line shape assembly. 10in belts with variable speed motors. All Stainless Steel Construction, Ergonomic Foot Rests throughtout conveyor, with S/S side tables for assembly stations. 5 Identical Conveyors Available and ready for Inspection. Currently disassembled for storage.

  4. It is agreed that JJSI, CIMA Healthcare Products Corp. - Las Piedras, Puer and its affiliates are included as Additional Named Insureds
  5. Waiver of subrogation applies in favor of JJSI, CIMA Healthcare Products Corp. - Las Piedras, Puer, and its affiliates with respects to General Liability, Product Liability and Workers Compensation where agreed to by contract prior to date of loss
  6. Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
  7. Certificate holder is JJSI and CIMA Healthcare Products Corp. - Las Piedras, Puer
  8. Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
