The Cozzoli glass washer is a semi-automatic batch washer that takes prepackaged cassettes of bottles and washes them one cassette at a time. The cassette is loaded into the washer, the lid is closed and a washing needle is inserted into each bottle. The wash cycle is programmable and typically takes 2:30 to 3 minutes per cycle. The washer requires WFI and steam to operate. Some machines have recirculation systems to help save water.
