One Doyen Multilayer TTS Converting and Four Side Seal Pouching machine. The machine will be supplied as detailed below, capable of producing and packaging your Multilayer Laminate Transdermal Patch devices in four lane configuration, in the package as specified. Tooling for one single product and pack sizes has been included in the price listed below.
The base machine will be adaptable to accommodate the options specified in this proposal.
Omron PLC control system, GMP designed and CE compliant
The number of packages produced by the machine per minute is governed primarily by the number of lanes and the materials used. The expected speed for this project will be 120 packs per minute, based on a machine speed of 30 cycles per minute, subject to trials using your product and material samples
