The unit is designed to operate between -30 and 150 degrees Celsius, with a Design Operating Pressure of 7 BarG, Test Pressure tested to 10 BarG.
The Compressed air requirement is 7 Bar pressure, and volume = 14.95?
The Dust Collector is currently split / dismantled into 4 major parts, ie 2 x Filter sections, containing 12 filters each, 2 off Discharge Hoppers & Support steelwork, and the Dust Extraction fan & 45 Kw drive unit, and stored in an off site warehouse.
The stored component sizes are: 2 x Filters = 1.5m x 1.9m x 2.5m high, Hoppers = 1.55m x 1.3m x 0.8m High, and the Fan / Motor = 1.4m x 1.1m x 1.1m high.
The Fan / 45 Kw Motor unit, was manufactured by Air Co Ltd, Fan Size = 575CBL, Serial No 1057 / 02197 - 01, 2690 RPM, 415v 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 78 Amps, weighs approx 500 Kgs.
