  • Erweka Model FCSM Oscillating Granulator
  • DESCRIPTION: Oscillating granulator designed for the reduction from a granular product to a specific size distribution.
    Erweka's equipment is ideal for small scale production in the pharmaceutical, chemical and cosmetic industries.
    The design is compact and economical.
    Approximate capacity is variable depending on product and screen size.
    The granulator operates on the oscillating rotor principle by compressing the granules through a sieve of a predetermined size.
  • SECTORS OF USE:
    Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.
  • MAIN FEATURES:
    Mounted on a platform base with casters for mobility. Painted steel base frame.
    All parts coming into contact with the product are made of stainless steel.
    Simple and quick cleaning without particular machine tools.
    This equipment can be tailored to an extremely wide range of applications and is ideal especially for resulting a uniform granular product of the desired particle size and most importantly without the risk of crushing the granules into powder.
    Changeover from product-to-product is simple and rapid.
