GEA - Buck Systems Bin/Container Washer
  • This system will wash bins with a footprint of 1125 mm x 1325 mm
  • Wash water can be at ambient temp. or heated to between 50 and 85 degrees C
  • Rinse water is heated to 55 degrees C
  • Filtered air heated to 50 and 65 degrees C is blown onto the container to dry along with compressed air blown onto any surfaces that would have standing water
  • Cooling is achieved with filtered chilled air until container reaches 40 degrees C

    Wash Station comprises:
  • Wash Booth (G1822 E01) - Exterior 304, Interior 314L Stainless Steel
  • Conveyor System (G1822 E02) - Entry Conveyor, Booth Conveyor, Exit Conveyor
  • Fluid Handling Unit (G1822 E03)
  • Air Handling Unit (G1822 E04)
