Goavec Engineering Pulverisation Liquid Ingredients Metering System Tower 2
This consists of 3 off 316L Stainless steel Tanks together with their attached Sartoriuos Scale Display / Control units are each mounted on top of individual S/s Sartorius floor mounted weigh scales, which are each mounted on a 270mm high S/s Stand. The manually top filled tanks are each fitted with actuated outlet valves which are piped up to a common S/s Metering Pump, which pumps the 3 off Minor Liquid ingredients in turn from each tank to the adjacent overhead Lodige Mixer Mezzanine mounted S/s metered liquid pressurised injection pots.
All 3 off Metered S/s Liquid Ingredient Pots and their dedicated stand mounted weighing platforms are mounted inside a common floor mounted S/s driptray, that measures 2.35m long x 1.25m wide x 100mm high.
Item 1, First 125 Litre / 70 Kg, 500mm diameter x 550mm Straight side S/s Vessel, which has a domed top and bottom, and is mounted on 4 legs, which sit on top of a S/s Sartorius Weighing Platform, which measures 800mm long x 600mm wide which in turn is mounted on a 270mm high S/s 4 legged stand. The domed top is fitted with a hinged and clamped manual filling lid, and a 25mm diameter CIP sprayball inlet. The domed bottom is fitted with a central 25mm diameter outlet fitted with an actuated valve.

The domed top is fitted with a hinged and clamped manual filling lid, and a 25mm diameter CIP sprayball inlet. The domed bottom is fitted with a central 25mm diameter outlet fitted with an actuated valve.
Item 4, Goavec Engineering Pulverisation Liquid Ingredients Metering System S/s Double Door Cabinet Control Panel, is fitted with the Magelis Operator Interface / VDU System control panel. At the back of the S/s support stand is mounted the shielded Metering Pump & CIP Manifold Diversion Plate system. The Panel and its S/s Stand measures 1200 x 900 x 2000mm high, and weighs approx 400 Kgs.
