This system consists of several high end components.
HIP components include tubing and fittings and a 10X gas pressure booster. Condec PIN7000 10X pressure booster.
Several $1000 in HIP fittings. Pressure regulators. Omegadyne High Accuracy 0-30k PSIG Pressure Transducer. Heavy Duty Cart.
The gas cylindar shown in the photos is not included. Connect to compressed air system or tank or Nitrogen.
The cleaner the air the cleaner the process. Calibrate high pressure gauges, homogenizers, transducers, transmitters etc. For every 100 PSIG in produce 10,0000 PSIG. Only 300 PSIG in will give you an astounding 30,000 PSIG. Put 1000 PSIG in and attain 30,000 PSIG in less than 5 minutes. Retains pressure for months. You can pressurize and back out the pressure and save it for the next calibration or step. Retail value of this system and parts is more than $50K!! |
