Fully automatic labelling machine for self-adhesive label application, at a normal operating speed of 12,000 bph.
The Krones K747 variable machine drive can operate from a rate of 5,000 bottles/hour, upto a maximum of 13,000 bottles/hour.

Safety guarding with interlocked doors
Only bottles with a maximum diameter of 125mm can be handled. This maximum diameter cannot be changed due to the machine pitch
Containers with a height min of 50mm up to max. 250mm
The maximum label height regarding the dispenser is 75mm
For body and back labelling, two new dispensers would be necessary
Modification of the existing dispenser is not possible as it is a special construction, designer in conjunction with an automatic magazine basket outsert feed system
For body and back labelling, a new table cam will be necessary
