VIBRATING SIEVES (INTERNATIONAL PATENT).

Product: Chewing gum tablets, throughput: 500 kg/hour, Bulk density: 0,86 kg/dm3.

Technical features:
Width: 500 mm.
Total length: 850 mm.
Sieving length with 18-mm diameter holes: 300 mm.
Sieving length with 13-mm diameter holes: 500 mm.
Slope of the sieve can be adjusted.
Polycarbonate cover, adjustable in height and dismountable by clamps above the 13-mm
perforated sieving plate.
Height of the sidewalls: 30 mm.
Lateral outlet for the twin products (double products)
Outlet of the good products on the width of 500 mm.
Outlet of the broken tablets below the 13-mm diameter hole sieving plate.
Electromagnetic vibrator, power 800 VA, 220 V tri phases, 60 Hz, control card, 1 filter for
each sieve (to be included in an electrical cabinet).
Suspension by helicoids compression springs to be installed on a support frame provided by
you.
