Equipment Description:
Lodige VT 3000 Stainless Steel 3000 Litre Horizontal Jacketted and Flexible Insulated Homomogenizing Mixer, fitted with a 147 Kw Inverter controlled Variable Speed upto 1390 RPM Main Drive motor, and 2 off 2.2 Kw? lower angle mounted Homogenizer Drives.
The Mixer is rated to operate at Pressures between -1 Bar Vaccum, and 0.5 Bar Pressure, and its jacket is heated with 60 degree C Water.
The Mixer is fitted with 3 large top Inlet ports, 2 off being 250mm diameter for the trace heated S/s Pre-mix powder ingredient pipes, and a 3rd 600mm diameter Inlet for the overhead mounted S/s trace heated 600mm diameter x 1500mm high top mounted Vacuum chamber.
The Mixer top is also fitted with 4 off Side mounted S/s minor Liquid Ingredients pressurised injection pots, which meter into the mixer via 10mm diameter S/s tubing the minor ingredients from the adjacent Pulverisation pumped metering system
The Mixer discharges via a central 350 mm diameter actuated valved S/s outlet pipe, which reduces to 250mm diameter as it passes through the 3rd floor opening to the Cooling machine mounted on the 2nd floor below.
