The building is on a site of about 2.4 ha. Its extension could be possible on a contiguous ground, which belongs to the current owner.
The site is enclosed and has a single gate of entrance.
The road access is very good, the railways present in this activities area allow the implementation of a rail service to the existing rail platform of the building. The site is close to interchangers of motorways , port facilities and a rail service is possible
The Logistics building is 14,30 m high, its surface is about 7 400 mē, for a developed surface of 10 540 mē.
It was built about 10 years ago in reinforced concrete, and the construction is of high quality
