On some the batteries have expired and power supplies are not included. 1 Finnpipette 100-1200uL, electronic, 8 channel. 1 Finnpipette 30-300uL, electronic, 12 channel. 1 Rainin EDP3-Plus 20-200uL LTS, electronic, 12 channel. 1 Rainin EDP-3 Plus, 1-10uL, electronic, single channel. 1 Rainin pipet lite, 10-100uL LTS, manual, 24 channel. 1 Rainin pipet lite, 20-200uL LTS, manual, 12 channel. 1 Matrix Impact 2, 1250uL, electronic, 8 channel. 1 Eppendorf Reapeter Plus, LCD display. Ovation/Vistalab electronic pipettes, 1 2uL, 1 20uL, 1 200uL and 1 1000uL. All are in like new in very good working condition. 12 pipettes total.

Insurance Certificate in name of buyer; buyer is an end user
General/product liability meets limits required for assets being purchased
Worker’s compensation liability meets required limit
It is agreed that JJSI, Santee and its affiliates are included as Additional Named Insureds
Waiver of subrogation applies in favor of JJSI, Santee, and its affiliates with respects to General Liability, Product Liability and Workers Compensation where agreed to by contract prior to date of loss
Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
Certificate holder is JJSI and Santee
Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
