Ronchi Exacta R 12 5 Automated 100 Plastic Bottles per minute Filling and Capping Machine, CE Rated, designed for operating in temperatures between -10 and +50 degrees C. The Operating speed of the machine ranges from 70 Bottles/min for 500 ml bottles to 120 Bottles/min for 150 ml bottles The Plastic Bottles were being automatically filled with Shower Gel Lotion, fed from its overhead S/s 50mm diameter piped infeed manifold, prior to then being automatically capped, and discharged. Item 1, The Filling and Capping M/c is fed with the various sized plastic bottles to filled, already mounted in their standard size plastic transfer Pucks, ( Pucks measure 105 x 68 x 68mm high ), via the side guided Infeed Slat Conveyor which measures 70mm high and 970mm high. The bottles are then transferred in their Pucks under the 12 headed Rotary Filling head, prior to passing under the 5 Headed Capping Machine to have the press-on caps fitted. The filled and capped bottles still their Pucks are then discharged on the side guided 70mm wide x 970mm high Discharge Slat Conveyor to one of the previously Listed De-pucking units, for removal from their transfer Pucks, and for Date coding. The Filling and Capping M/c measures 4.4 x 2 x 2.75m high and weighs 3800 Kgs. Item 2, The Filling and Capping M/c, is controlled via a local pendulum supported Operator Control Panel fitted with a Psovit 2200 Panel View unit, linked to the adjacent S/s Main 3 Door Wardrobe style PLC Control Panel, which contains the Allen Bradley SLC 5/04 PLC, Allen Bradley Inverters, and Siemens Control units. This 3 Door Control Panel measures measures 2.9 x 0.65 x 2.35m high and weighs approx 1000 Kgs. Item 3, Stainless steel Shower Gel Lotion 150 Litre Capacity 600mm diameter Feed Tank, which is mounted on 3 legs, fitted with a flat loose S/s lid, and a internal top level probe, and a coned bottom fitted with a 50mm diameter manually valved outlet at a discharge height of 170mm. The Tank measures 600mm diameter x Straight side depth of 600mm, with a total height of 1450mm, and weighs approx 60 Kgs. Supplied loose with the tank is a S/s Filter basket unit. Please Note; The 50mm diameter ported S/s Transfer Pump that was used with this Feed Tank / Filter is no longer available. Item 4, Capping Head side guided Air blown Transfer Conveyor, for automatically transferring the Caps from the adjacent Cap Sorting / Feeding unit to the Capping M/c Heads. This loose item measures 2.15 x 0.2 x 0.3m high and weighs approx 30 Kgs. Item 5, Pallet of different sized Plastic Bottle Transfer pucks, which measures 1.2 x 0.9 x 1.15m high, and weighs approx 300 Kgs Item 6, Pallet of different sized Plastic Bottle Transfer pucks, plus assorted Filling / Capping M/c Changeparts and all the OEM Manuals / Drawings, which measures 1.2 x 0.8 x 0.6m high, and weighs approx 200 Kgs Item 7, T Group, CE Rated, Automated Cap Sorting and Feeding machine, fitted with an inclined rotating cap sorting bowl, which measures 1100mm diameter x 300mm high, and can be raised by manual handwheel to give a discharge height range 1100 - 1500mm. This machine is fitted with the Air Blower unit which is used by the Cap Air Blown Transfer Conveyor. The Machine requires a 6 Bar Compressed Air Supply and a 415v 3 Phase 50 Hz 16 Amp Power Supply. The Machine measures 1.4 x 1.3 x 2.4m high, and weighs approx 600 Kgs. Item 8, S/s Cap Elevator, which lifts the manually loaded caps from a 900 x 1000 x 800mm deep lidded hopper, via 200mm flighted belt, fitted with 50mm high flights pitched every 200mm, to a discharge height of 2.1m.
