Equipment Description:

Ronchi Rotomatic 120 SP Plastic Bottle Automatic Variable speed Transfer Puck Loading Machine, Left to Right motion, CE Rated.
  • Item 1, This Ronchi Rotomatic 120 SP machine is fitted with a 1500mm diameter Sorting Bowl and Rotary Bottle placement turntable which is capable of taking Plastic Bottles 150, 200, 250, and 500ml in size, automatically sorting them so that they are correctly vertically, and rotationally aligned and then loading them at a rate of upto 100 bottles / minute into their Plastic Transfer Pucks. The Plastic Pucks measuring externally 100 x 68 x 65mm high.
  • The Machine is fed from the LHS by the Plastic pucks by means of 900mm long x 65mm wide x 950mm high side guided Slat Infeed Conveyor, feeding into the Inlet timing scroll. The bottle filled pucks are then discharged from the RHS on the 1200 long x 65mm wide x 950mm high Side guided Slat conveyor.
  • The Ronchi Rotomatic 120 SP machine is fully guarded by S/s panelling and interlocked hinged clear macralon doors, and it requires a 380 volt 3 Phase 50 hz 10 Kw Power supply, and a 6 Bar Compressed Air supply to operate.
  • The Ronchi Rotomatic 120 SP machine, measures 4.35 x 1.6 x 2.5m high, and weighs approx 1800 Kgs.
  • The Ronchi Rotomatic 120 SP machine is controlled by a hinged cantilever supported Operator Control Panel which is fitted with Allen Bradley Panelview unit. This is linked to the S/s 2 door Wardrobe style Main Control Panel.
  • Item 2, S/s 2 door Wardrobe style Main Control Panel, contains the Allen Bradley SLC 5/04 CPU unit + 4 Allen Bradley 1305 Variable Speed Inverters. This Panel measures 1.6 x 0.6 x 2.2m high, and weighs approx 1000 Kgs.
  • Item 3, Ronchi S/s Mobile Elevator unit, year 2001, is fitted with 1.2 x 1.2 x 0.75m deep lidded hopper, fitted with a 400mm wide x 950mm long bottom mounted belt conveyor that feeds the manually loaded plastic bottles into the angled flighted elevator conveyor belt. The Flighted belt is 350mm wide, fitted with 80mm high flights pitched every 250mm.
  • This machine discharges the bottles into the Ronchi Rotomatic 120 SP machine top hopper at a height of 2.4m.
  • This mobile elevator machine is supported on 4 lockable swivel castors.
  • This machinery is supplied with the original OEM Instruction Manuals, and Drawings.
