Equipment Description:

SFE HPV 75/1 Automatic Pressure Sensitive Top Labeller.

This SFE (Societe Francaise D'Etiquetage), France manufactured, Fully Macralon interlock guarded Infeed Conveyor unit, is fitted with an automatic overhead mounted, SIG Positec VRDM 3910/50 LWB Pressure Sensitive Labelling head, linked to a discharge conveyor mounted pneumatically operated vertical Automatic rejection unit, for mislabelled / no-labelled product at the end of the 1200mm long transfer conveyor.

The SIG Positec VRDM 3910/50 LWB Pressure Sensitive Labeller is fitted with a 2 off 450mm diameter x 60mm wide reel heads, for holding the dispensing Label infeed reel, and a reserve reel, that automatically feeds the 60-90mm wide labels onto the 90mm wide x 60mm high cartons passing underneath.

The Infeed conveyor is 750mm high, and has its 120mm high sideguides set currently at 90mm width, but they can be adjusted to a gap width of upto 250mm.
