Thomas Engineering 48" Accella Cotta Upgrade Kits


EACH UPGRADE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HARDWARE:
• Stand-alone control enclosure
• Control-Logix Programmable Automation Controller (PAC)
• Local inputs and outputs
• New VFD Enclosures (Rockwell Automation’s Powerflex)
• Upgraded instrumentation
• HMI workstation (HP workstation, per Lilly standards)
• Pendant mounted HMI
• Additional VFD keypad
• Two uninterruptable power supplies

MECHANICAL UPGRADES
• Drawer-Mounted Spray System for Compu-Coat Control (S33.0703)
• Independent atomizing and pattern air lines and upgrade spray drawer
for pattern air control
• Peristaltic pump with VFD control
• Micromotion mass flow meter, instead of volumetric meter
Includes density display on HMI
• Solution pressure transducer
• New front Accela-Cota control panel for Compu-Coat 6 compatibility
• New door interlocks
• Sampling port & thief and non-interlocked front access door
• Upgrade solenoids on existing bypass for Compu-Coat 6 compatibility
• New digital ∆P controller for dust collector
• Set of four low profile mixing baffles- high polish finish

• Inlet damper limit switch with actuator
• 2-way, on-off steam valve with limit switch for feedback of valve position
• Retrofit for inlet AHU face & bypass to provide feedback of damper
