Equipment Description:

This lot is an Unused Argus 1'' DN25 PN40 Stainless Steel Ball Valve. This valve is flanged. Split body design with superfine finished seat supported ball, anti-blow-out stem, compact ball seats and anti-static device. Long life double stem seal system and stem supported in bearings to ensure seals are free from operating loads.

  5. Waiver of subrogation applies in favor of JJSI, Chemtura Corporation - Pedrengo, Italy, and its affiliates with respects to General Liability, Product Liability and Workers Compensation where agreed to by contract prior to date of loss
  6. Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
  7. Certificate holder is JJSI and Chemtura Corporation - Pedrengo, Italy
  8. Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
