  • Coperion Werner and Pfleiderer Granulator Model Express 315/200
  • DESCRIPTION: The equipment is constructed in cast iron, it consists of feed hopper with 6’’ attachment, linked to the sieving house containing the rotor, regulator and funnel-shape outlet.
  • SECTORS OF USE: Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.
  • MAIN FEATURES: This equipment gives the possibility to satisfy various granulating size requirements simply altering the rotating steel sieves of different hole sizes and shapes.
    Simple and quick cleaning without particular machine tools. The reinforced structure enables to install sieves (rotor) with round holes (0,8 - 10mm), with squared holes or with grater-type surface.
    This equipment can be tailored to an extremely wide range of applications and is ideal especially for sieving granules in fluid bed, eliminating oversize material and resulting a uniform granular product of the desired particle size and most importantly without the risk of crushing the granules into powder.
