Maintenance and Warranty Services

EquipNet's expert team of maintenance and service professionals offers these value-added services to ensure that your pre-owned industrial equipment runs at optimal conditions for as long as possible. We offer a menu of services to prevent equipment failure and production interruptions to ensure that you will be protected if they occur.

  • 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on Pre-Owned Equipment Purchases
    If you purchase this optional service, you can return equipment that is not functioning for up to 30 days from the receipt date. This "peace-of-mind" service must be purchased at the time you place your order from EquipNet. Once we receive the item and it's confirmed to have functional issues, you will be issued a credit for the returned equipment.

A la carte Maintenance Services
  • De-installation
    EquipNet's highly qualified, experienced technicians will de-install your equipment for you. This service is for both sellers and buyers. If you're closing down part or all of your facility and you need to have equipment and/or instrumentation de-installed even before putting it on the market, this is the service for you. As a Buyer, you will often be purchasing equipment that is still installed in the Seller's facility. Do you have the expertise to make sure the job is done correctly? We do. Please call to request a quote. The quote will include itemized line items for labor and travel.

  • Diagnostics and Repair
    This service ensures that the equipment you purchased from EquipNet is fully tested prior to leaving EquipNet's facility and can be immediately put into service when it arrives. This includes one diagnostic procedure performed by an experienced technician to ensure that the item is running to the manufacturer's specifications. EquipNet will run a diagnostic test and, if necessary, create an itemized quote for purchasing the recommended parts and complete the necessary repairs needed to pass the diagnostic test. You may also choose just to have the diagnostics performed and make any necessary repairs/upgrades yourself.

  • Installation, Basic Training, and Equipment Overview
    EquipNet's highly qualified, experienced technicians will install your equipment for you. This service includes installation, basic training and a functional overview of the equipment plus a 90-day warranty from the date of installation.

  • Preventative Maintenance
    This service provides a level of protection that ensures optimal equipment performance. This package includes one Preventative Maintenance (PM) at our depot service center or if needed EquipNet can arrange a visit to your site. An experienced technician will perform a PM on your equipment to ensure your unit is in top shape.

  • Elite Silver Extended Service Plan (6 months)
    Concerned about downtime? You can purchase pre-owned equipment and still have peace of mind. This optional service plan includes one Preventative Maintenance visit plus two additional visits during the life of the service plan period. All parts are covered under this service plan (with no dollar limit). Our technician will be on-site within 72 hours (during normal business hours). This package is great for laboratories.

  • Elite Gold Extended Service Plan (12 months)
    Like the Elite Silver Extended Service Plan, this optional service is designed to further protect you from possible downtime. This broad-spectrum package includes all the features of the Elite Silver package with the added benefit of unlimited emergency on-site visits. All parts are covered under this package and technician response time is within 48 hours (during normal business hours).

  • Depot Repair
    Save money with the depot service by sending your equipment to EquipNet and avoid the costs of travel and expenses for us to come to you. Depot repair provides an economical way to provide you with the best service available. Please be advised: A diagnostics fee is required as part of this service. Depending on the severity of the problem and the availability of parts, typically you should receive your equipment back within two weeks. Please note that you are responsible for all costs associated shipping, handling, and insurance. All parts excluding consumables are guaranteed for 30 days.
