  • The vertically aligned filled plastic Lotion bottles enter the machine via a side guided 1100mm long x 90mm wide x 800mm high Inlet troughed belt conveyor, which guides them into the Inlet timing scroll and vertical top belt clamping system.
  • The pitched, vertically clamped bottles are then transferred past the Horizontal Labelling heads and label wiping stations mounted on either side of the machine, via the top and bottom synchronised clamping belt conveyors, prior to then being discharged onto the 90mm wide x 800mm high side guided Discharge troughed belt conveyor.
  • The 2 off Horizontal Labelling machines are each fitted with Label Reel holders capable of taking reels which are upto 300mm diameter x 150mm high.
  • The machine is controlled by a swinging cantilever supported Operator Control Panel fitted with a Siemens Simatic VDU unit, which is linked to its side mounted Control Panel, fitted with its PLC and Inverter controls.
  • The Machine is provided with an OEM Instruction Manual.
  • Item 2, The Machine is provided with a set of 6 off spare alternative bottle sized Infeed timing scrools, mounted on a pallet that measures 1.3 x 1.1 x 0.6m high
