- Decommissioning Engineering (for Sellers)
This service includes researching, documenting and managing the proper and safe decommissioning and/or disposal of a single piece of equipment; a suite of machinery; or an entire facility. EquipNet will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and work with and manage hazardous material specialists and other subcontractors as required.
- Engineering Assessment (for Buyers)
Companies purchasing pre-owned industrial equipment want to be sure that equipment is right for their particular needs before buying. Their questions include: Will this equipment fit into my existing production process? Will it allow me to comply with all local, state, and federal safety requirements? Does equipment include needed documentation? What is the history of the equipment? Will it really meet my need when it’s moved to my facility? When you contract with EquipNet for this service, our engineers will answer these questions - reducing risks associated with purchasing used equipment.
- Engineering Project Management (for Buyers)
After purchasing pre-owned equipment or a comprehensive manufacturing suite, companies need qualified project managers to ensure installation, commissioning and qualification comply with design and local and industry standards. Equipment can oversee engineering design, produce biddable RFPs for installation, tally bids for client review, oversee installation and commissioning and qualify systems for production use. Equipnet has the ability to leave behind change control processes and even provide staff extensions for ongoing engineering and maintenance for facilities and equipment.
