Agilent Infinity Diode Array Detector (DAD)
The 1290 Infinity Diode Array Detector (DAD) features a completely new optical design based on the Agilent Max-Light cartridge cell with optofluidic waveguides. With typical detector noise levels of < ± 0.6 µAU/cm the revolutionary 6 cm flow cell gives up to 10 times higher sensitivity than the 1200 Series DAD and VWD. Any compromising refractive index and thermal effects are almost completely eliminated, resulting in significantly less baseline drift for more reliable and precise peak integration. For ultra high productivity the 1290 Infinity DAD offers multiple wavelength and full spectral detection at sampling rates up to 160 Hz.
Agilent 1290 Infinity Thermostatted Column Compartment TCC
The Agilent Technologies 1200 Series (G1316C) 1290 Infinity Thermostatted Column Compartment provides precise column with maximum application flexibility. Additionally by facilitating precise column thermostatting over a temperature range from 10 °C below ambient up to 100 °C, the G1316C provides infinite flexibility for optimizing the speed and selectivity of a separation.
Agilent 1290 Infinity Autosampler
The Agilent 1290 Sampler features increased robustness which is achieved by optimized new parts, high speed with lowest carry- over by flow through design, increased sample injection speed for high sample throughput, increased productivity by using overlapped injection mode and flexible and convenient sample handling with different types of sample containers, such as vials and well plates. Using 384- well plates allows you to process up to 768 samples unattended.
Agilent 1290 Infinity Binary Pump
The Agilent 1290 Infinity G4220A Binary Pump comprises two identical pumps integrated into one housing. Binary gradients are created by high-pressure mixing. A degassing unit is included for applications that require best flow stability, especially at low flow rates, for maximum detector sensitivity. The flow path of the pump has been optimized for minimal delay of gradients. Typical applications are high throughput methods with fast gradients on high resolution 2.1 mm columns. The pump is capable of delivering flow in the range of 0.05 -5 mL/min against up to 1200 bar. A solvent selection valve allows forming binary mixtures (isocratic or gradient) from one of two solvents per channel.
