Dean Technology Inc. Custom Designed Wet Bench

Automatic and fully configurable wet bench/cleaning system which can be easily reprogrammed for end-user specific requirements.

Water Chiller: Used to chill one or more chemistry tanks.

Load stations: Operators place baskets of parts to be processed on a table.

Hoods: Three chemical vapor hoods house several chemistry and rinse tanks.

Spin: The baskets are spun to remove most of the water that remains after the final rinse.

Unload stations: The machine places the processed baskets on a table for operators to retrieve.

Gantry: Several carriages, mounted above the hoods transport baskets through the system.

The source code for the system controller is included in the purchase of the system - no additional software to purchase.

This system was custom built and thus offers incredible flexibility.

System is in like new condition; only operational for 3 months in a manufacturing facility.

It was removed from manufacturing only because the product company decided to take a different path to their manufacturing operation and location. System is ready to ship to new owner. Pictures and video of system available upon request.

International buyers are responsible for hiring, by their own expenses, a trading company. This trading company is a Brazilian legal entity, duly registered with CNPJ (National Registry of Legal Entities) and RADAR (Registry and records of customs and customs-related agents).

The trading company legal entity will acquire the equipment from the Brazilian seller, pay the seller in local currency, and receive the related invoice from the seller in the name of their Brazilian legal entity. After this process, the ownership will then be transferred to the trading company who will be responsible for export and assistance during the customs clearance process.
