1) Doyen poucher model HDW, serial # 277
2) Fargo Automation model Water Soluble Film Feeder, serial # 626-1
3) MGS Cartoner model RCS-150, serial # 12961

This is a complete conversion (cutting), pouch forming and cartoning line

Previous service: seller packaged Bunavail, a buprenorphine/naloxone containing thin film product on this line. That was the only product packaged on this line. The line was cleaned and swabbed for residue prior to disassembly and crating. Line is crated and available for immediate shipment, and attached pictures are from when the equipment was removed from service.

This line was set for four (4) lanes of converting/pouching, 44 strokes per minute or 176 pouches per minute

The format is a sealed, aluminum flexible pouch, approx. 2 inches squared

Transfer to pouch is by vacuum pins and maintained in position by static pinning
