The Elizabeth-Hata ElizaTest 3+ Vision Tablet Tester solves the problem of quality control by precisely measuring three critical characteristics: thickness, weight and hardness regardless of tablet shape. It operates in the laboratory or on the production line with equal ease and dependability. The system is offered in stand alone configuration, and includes the testing module, the computer, a color monitor, keyboard, mouse and laser printer.

In the past, automatic three-way tablet testing equipment accurately measured the thickness, weight and hardness of round tablets quite well; but it fell far short when it came to testing shaped tablets. Hardness, in particular, was difficult to measure consistently and accurately.

The ElizaTest 3+ Vision Tablet Testing System accurately measures the thickness, weight and hardness regardless of tablet shape. An exclusive vision system orients every shaped tablet every time along the correct axis.

The ElizaTest 3+ system gives a precise reading every time with minimal waste. This tablet testing system provides accurate computer printouts of individual samples, batches or setups in accordance with specific requirements. Printouts also include a photo of the tablet being tested.
