• 1024 pounds of steam per hour from and at 212° F. 750 psig design, 600 psig operating pressure.
• Boiler built to ASME and NEC Standards ASME 750 psi design boiler.
• 75 WPSI Incoloy-sheathed heating elements ASME Safety Valve set at 750 psi.
• Probe-type pump control, LWCO, and aux LWCO Manual and automatic reset High Pressure Cutouts. Electronic PID Pressure Controls w/ Pressure Transmitter.
• Water level sight and steam pressure gauges. Feed water stop, check, and solenoid valves
• Bottom blow down valves
• NEMA l Control Cabinet with control voltage transformer, solid state step control, on/off switch, and one pilot light per step.
• Pilots Lights and enable/disable Toggle Switches for each step
• Alarm Circuit with Buzzer, Pilot Light, and Silence Push Button
• Plunger or Piston Type Feed water Pump with H-O-A Switch, Starter and Relief Valve
• Step Controller for output control (8-steps/ 6 @ 30KW, 2 @ 60KW)
• Boiler Feed System for 300 kW, 750 psi Boiler

? Atmospheric condensate receiver/feed water tank mounted on a structural steel stand
? Booster pump with motor to deliver boiler feed water
