INX International Ink Co. JetINX Inkjet System For Four Color 4 Channel Print System

  • This Inkjet System was originally purchased for installation on an Edale Digicon 3000, but was never installed and is still on pallets in storage. Attached is a copy of the manual & a picture from the 3D CAD design of how it was to be installed. The inkjet system and heads are in blue plus one of the control systems/recirc systems is shown just above. There are 4 control/recirc systems included even though only 1 is shown in this view for clarity. 3 Phoseon pinning LED’s are shown in silver/gray between the first 3 channels and the final Phoseon curing LED is shown in in purple… the support frame shown is not included (no mounting, inkjet components only). There are more component pictures in the attached manual.
  • These items are still in the ORIGINAL OEM packaging, in storage on pallets and not presently installed on the line.
  • NEW replacement value over $240,000 USD. Available for immediate shipment.

  • Inkjet System Requires included items below to be installed to be functional:
  • Xaar PLC 1003 GS 12 Printhead- (12) Heads Total. GS12 Heads are specialized for high deposition volume, One head was purchased separately for testing so is packaged separately.
  • INX acquired heads from Xaar and LED Curing Systems from Phoseon
  • JetINX Inkjet system from INX for 4 color (4 channel) print system where each channel can utilize up to 3 print heads (12 print heads in total, 3 supported from each channel/recirculation system)
  • Each print head prints about 75mm wide, so the print width of each channel could be ~200-225mm wide if configured/installed in that way
  • Includes UV LED Curing systems from Phoseon (FireEdge FE400 x 3 for pinning lamps and FireJet FJ601 final curing lamp).
  • Also included is the HP computer to run the system, Rip artwork files with all software and licenses, still sealed in its original packaging.
  • Unopened adhesion promotor and varnish for the system as well as cleaning fluid-info attached

  • NOT included is the mounting system/module to mount the inkjet system into a press.
  • The Digicon Print Line is not available and not included in this listing
