  • Unused Biobase BK-CA1000D Incubator.
  • Incubator with six shelves.

  • FEATURES:
  • The external material is made of cold-rolled welded steel plates and is treated with electrostatic spray to avoid rust. The internal material is a made with stainless steek, which is easy to clean and corrosion resistant.
  • The insulation box adopts an overall high density polyurethane foaming process which has good insulation performance, high-durability and a beautiful appearance. The clapboards in the box are made of heavy-duty stainless steel, and the height of the clapboards can be adjusted or disassembled at will, meeting the growth needs of different seedling stages.
  • The human-machine interface adopts an intelligent color touch-screen controller, which can be be programable through a step-by-step programming operation of temperature and humidity.
  • The temperature and humidity sensors adopt imported chips, with sensitive response and stable performance, with advanced dynamic control technology. To make the temperature and humidity reach the best state, it integrates the control of temperature, humidity, light and CO2, simulating the climate of the neutral environment to the greatest extent.
  • The red and blue light special wavelength combination with a light source can be selected according to user needs and can be adjusted independently or in groups. The light source lamp group adopts all-aluminum alloy brackets, which have good heat dissipation performance and effectively improve the service life of the light source. - Each group of lamps is protected by a fully transparent dust cover and uses DC low voltage power supply.
  • The light source is installed on the top of each layer in the box, and the vertical illumination is uniform without dark areas and dead ends.
  • The light control method adopts a stepless equal quantity dimming method, which can be adjusted according to different crops.
  • The humidification system of the incubator adopts a built-in module and is equipped with a super large water storage tank for automatic water supply.
  • The refrigeration system adopts imported brand compressor units and environmentally friendly refrigerants, and the cooling and heat exchangers are all made of cooper.
  • The incubator system adopts high-temperature PID heating technology, finned stainless steel heater.
  • The air circulation system in the box adopts a low-noise axial flow fan with a special circulating air duct design. The wind is soft and the temperature and humidity in the box are uniform.
  • The incubator has a function of natural fresh air ventilation to ensure the fresh air in the incubator.
  • The incubator is equipped with a mechanical door lock design as standard to ensure the safety of samples.
