Overview
The System Gold® HPLC manufactured by Beckman, which is designed to be particularly useful in life sciences laboratories, consists of several instrument modules that are used in various combinations, consumables, accessories and software tailored to specific applications, such as drug metabolism assays.
System Gold® HPLC systems incorporate the latest technological advances in hardware design. The solvent delivery modules are built with the digitally controlled rapid refill pump design with automatic compressibility compensation that has received multiple patents. These features produce smooth flow from microbore to semi-preparative flow rates, and the high-pressure mixing design eliminates the need for constant helium sparging or degassing. The pumps are combined with high-sensitivity UV/VIS and diode array detectors and autosamplers with automation capability to build HPLC systems that have a reputation for the best performance, ease of use and troubleshooting, and longevity due to a solid and reliable design.

The Beckman System Gold 125 Programmable Solvent Module incorporates the latest technological advances in hardware design. System Gold 508 Autosampler
The Beckman System Gold 508 Autosampler is designed for automatic injection of samples into a System Gold Nouveau HPLC system. The Gold 508 Autosampler holds a capacity of 96 Samples with full, partial, or no sample loss injection modes. Additionally, the Gold 508 Autosampler can be controlled by a front panel control pump or a computer workstation with 32 Karat™ software.
