The vacuum processing unit Frymix is suitable for the smooth production of suspensions with low energy input as well as for the processing of shear sensitive and high-quality products.
The heart of the unit is the master module, it consists of a toothed colloid mill as homogenizer, a feeding and mixing propeller and a guide cone.
In the center of the toothed colloid mill rotor is a feeding and mixing propeller, which ensures a high throughput in combination with highly efficient mixing, depending on its direction of rotation.
If the direction is reversed, the propeller prevents the product from flowing through the center of the rotor. The product is then merely fed through the grinding gap of the toothed colloid mill, resulting in optimum dispersion and/or emulsification.
In both cases, the product is continuously circulated in the axial direction via the guide cone.
