The apparatus is designed in order to sterilize many types of heat stabile products e.g. utensils, delicate equipment and liquid in open or vented containers. To perform the sterilization saturated pressurized steam will be used. The sterilization is an automatic batch process performed in a closed chamber, which is a pressure vessel. Each process is optimized for a product group and controlled by a control system (a PLC).
The design and construction of the sterilization equipment minimizes the risk for errors, dangerous situations and product contamination through: The use of non-corrosive and non-toxic material in direct or indirect product contact. The use of a sanitary design that enables drainability and avoids dead legs. The use of accurate and verified control system measure circuits, normally temperature and pressure. The use of design and process which enables uniform temperature distribution. The use of process alarms which detects unexpected and potentially critical conditions. The use of verified processes that assure product sterility and reproducible result. The use of a design, which permits effective cleaning and maintenance in order to avoid cross contamination, builds up of dust and dirt, and in general adverse conditions that could affect the product quality. The use of safety analysis as a tool to assure safety for personnel and property. An ergonomic design approach, e.g. the equipment shall not exceed a noise level above 70dB(a) measured 1 meter in front of user interface.
Autoclave Getinge GE 6610 EMC-2

Please be aware this equipment is located in Brazil.
Brazilian laws for imports and exports are very specific and different from all other countries in South America. It’s therefore important to understand Brazil’s export regulations/policies to move goods across borders.
EquipNet’s Brazilian sellers never export equipment by themselves, which means they do not conduct transactions/business with foreign companies, only with Brazilian legal entities.
International buyers are responsible for hiring, by their own expenses, a trading company. This trading company is a Brazilian legal entity, duly registered with CNPJ (National Registry of Legal Entities) and RADAR (Registry and records of customs and customs-related agents).
The trading company legal entity will acquire the equipment from the Brazilian seller, pay the seller in local currency, and receive the related invoice from the seller in the name of their Brazilian legal entity. After this process, the ownership will then be transferred to the trading company who will be responsible for export and assistance during the customs clearance process.
The international freight quote is also necessary for the transaction process. EquipNet is happy to provide support throughout this process. Please contact sales for more information.
