Golpack GM 09 09 Headed Multi Head Scales

Description of functioning:
The products intended to be weighed will be, firstly, delivered (by means of a transport elevator or a feed chute) to the Feeding Funnel of the Multihead scale. Then, the product will be dispersed to the Central Plate and later to the Linear Gutters. The thickness of the product stream can be changed by adjusting the height of the Feed Hopper. After the vibration process, the product will be evenly distributed to the Feeder Buckets, which will discharge their volume into the Weighing Buckets, which will effectively weigh the product. The scale will add up the weight values for each Weighing Bucket, and calculate the numerous combinations that satisfy the programmed target weight. After the weight has been combined, the scale will unload the product to a Collector Bucket (optional) or directly to the Packer.

Os produtos destinados a serem pesados, serão, em primeiro lugar entregues (por meio de um elevador de transporte ou por uma calha de alimentação) ao Funil Alimentador da balança Multicabeçote. Então, o produto será dispersado para o Prato Central e posteriormente para as Calhas Lineares. A espessura do fluxo de produtos pode ser alterada através do ajuste da altura do Funil Alimentador. Após o processo de vibração, o produto será distribuído uniformemente às Caçambas Alimentadoras, que descarregarão seu volume nas Caçambas de Pesagem, que efetivamente pesarão o produto. A balança somará os valores de peso de cada Caçamba de Pesagem, e calculará as inúmeras combinações que satisfaçam o peso-alvo programado. Depois que o peso já foi combinado a balança descarregará o produto à uma Caçamba Coletora (opcional) ou diretamente a Empacotadora.
