Equipment Description

High Speed Ronchi EXACTA/RM 24/8 PT Filler Capper

Filling heads: Filler designed for 24 filling heads. It is currently adjusted to 12 filling heads due to the format used in the equipment.

Capping heads: Capper designed for 8 heads.

Magnetic flow meter technology (Volumetric Measuring) filler. Volumetric flow meters are suitable to handle all products having a minimum level of electrical conductivity of 5 µS/cm (microSiemens per centimeter).

Mechanical structure in 304 stainless steel.

Bottle format change-over operations extremely simple and fast.

Control systems ensure the correct filling of every bottle, any out-of-tolerance filled bottle is rejected onto a parallel discharge conveyor.

All motors are variable speed, controlled by inverters and are programmable from the operator’s HMI panel.

Flow-meters and, in general, all dosing operations are controlled and managed by a standard PLC installed aboard the machine.

Two cap formats: Cap A 65 dia x 70 mm. Cap B 35 dia x 11 mm.

Erre enne cap sorter No1: Model 10-10. S/N 2431. YOM 2018. 480V. 60 hz. 350 kg.

The unit was modified to 12/8 to accommodate a wider bottle.

Sistema Llenadora Y Taponadora Monobloque De Líquido Ronchi Exacta/R 24/8

Cabezales de llenado: Llenadora diseñada para 24 cabezales de llenado. Actualmente está ajustado a 12 cabezales de llenado debido al formato utilizado en el equipo.

Cabezales taponadores: Taponador diseñado para 8 cabezales.

Llenadora con tecnología de caudalímetro magnético (Medición Volumétrica). Los caudalímetros volumétricos son adecuados para manipular todos los productos que tengan un nivel mínimo de conductividad eléctrica de 5 µS/cm (microSiemens por centímetro).

Estructura mecánica en acero inoxidable 304.

Operaciones de cambio de formato de botella extremadamente sencillas y rápidas.

Los sistemas de control garantizan el llenado correcto de cada botella; cualquier botella llena que esté fuera de tolerancia se rechaza en un transportador de descarga paralelo.

Todos los motores son de velocidad variable, controlados por inversores y programables desde el panel HMI del operador.

Los caudalímetros y, en general, todas las operaciones de dosificación son controlados y gestionados por un PLC estándar instalado a bordo de la máquina.
