DESCRIPTION: EASY is an automatic intermittent motion cartoner designed and built for the insertion of single and multiple products inside a previously formed box. It also allows the insertion of service accessories, booklets, envelopes or flowpacks together with the products. EASY can manage various types of cases with different closure types: interlocking with even and alternate flaps, without closure with wallet forming, four flaps hot glue, glue on one side and interlocking on the other, interlocking even flaps with glue points, interlocking plus additional flap closed with glue. Easy guarantees the integrity of the packages. Even with products that are extremely different from each other in terms of shape and size, the adjustments and positioning of the shaped parts can be carried out quickly and correctly thanks to forced housings and adjustment devices with digital position indication. The machine automatically checks all the packaging phases, indicating any anomalies on the display and, if necessary, stopping the machine to allow control. MAIN FEATURES: The EASY operational flow is as follows: from the carton warehouse, the carton is picked up individually by the suction cups and transferred to the forming sections. At the same time, the product to be packaged arrives on the feeding belt. The formed case is marked by the marker on the flap opposite the operator and receives the product with an instruction leaflet, taken from the appropriate warehouse. The case is permanently closed by interlocking the flaps, by special devices and exits the line of the Easy system. The cartons that do not comply with the controls during the packaging process are rejected by a special group. EASY is equipped with an AK162 intermittent motion blister feeding system, designed to introduce a series of products to be packaged pre-established by the cartoner's control logic. The operating flow of the AK162 FEEDER is as follows: the products arrive at the warehouse transported by a device upstream of the group. The products are stacked, rotated 90 ° and inserted into the chain by means of pushers. A second pusher makes room for a second row of products that are placed next to those previously inserted.
