The operating life timeline for the Alvey 942 Palletizer is as follows:
2015 Model, September Completion of Build
In Use Start Date June of 2016
Full Production Through July 2017
Used for Part Time Production July 2017 to 2019
Maintained in Running Condition until mid October 2021
Disassembled rigged for shipment and sale end of 2021.
Early 2022 Listed for Sale Ready for Immediate shipment.

The Alvey Palletizer was used in a clean environment and maintained to high standards. In terms of the used condition, the current condition is as close to new as you will see in the used market. The use was light during the majority of the production time.

This sale includes.

The Main Alvey Palletizer Assembly.
Infeed conveyor belt over roller infeed conveyor with driven sections, guide rails and mounts for scanner.
High Level Platform(s) and Stairs for Operation & Maintenance Access
Controls for all items included and control ready for additional exit conveyors and wrapper integration.

The machine and equipment will require two truck loads for shipping.

Trailer one will need to be a double drop deck trailer able to accommodate a single assembly 9' 8" wide x 34' long on the lower deck. There is a one foot overhang forward and a 7' overhang to the rear making the overall 38' long. The overhang starts at the 4' elevation so it will clear the rise in the trailer for the wheels. The overall machine height is 14'3" and weighs approximately 29000 lbs.

The second can be a standard flat trailer 53 ft long and it will carry miscellaneous conveyors, platforms etc.... at and estimated additional weight of 11,000 lbs.

PLC is a Allen Bradley CompactLogix 1768-L43 PLC and the HMI is a Allen Bradley Panel View Plus 7 (12").
