The KILIAN
S250 High Speed Rotary Tablet Press is a single sided
rotary tablet press with 32 positions.

The press is supported by a heavy cast iron (nickel coated) and
stainless steel frame with four anti-vibration pads and has forklift access.

The doors are supported with gas springs that maintain the
necessary pressure between the door seals and compression zone. All doors are
interlocked.

The drive module consists of a 3-phase motor with frequency
control, a worm gear box with electromagnetic clutch and brake and a cooling fan
to improve heat evacuation to the outside of the machine.

The isolated pharmaceutical compression zone consists of a minimal
number of parts all constructed of either stainless steel or food approved
materials.

The controlled power infeed consists of a rotary valve, a
transparent tube connection feeder with infrared powder level detector and
totally tool-free assembly. A rotary paddle feeder is constructed of hard
anodised aluminium and has a simple design. The paddle can also be assembled / disassembled
without using tools.
