Polycondensation or step-growth polymerization is often used for the processing of adhesives, coatings, engineered plastics, fibers, films and many high-performance polymers.

During the polycondensation reaction, the volatile monomers are evaporated from the lower molecular weight pre-polymers to form polymers with a higher molecular weight.

In LIST KneaderReactors the high process temperatures and low vacuum levels in combination with robust mixing and frequent surface renewal allow a quick removal of the monomers, maximizing the mass transfer efficiency.

Highly flexible LIST KneaderReactors enable the polycondensation of various polymer grades in one single machine without having to retool between the production campaigns.

International buyers are responsible for hiring, by their own expenses, a trading company. This trading company is a Brazilian legal entity, duly registered with CNPJ (National Registry of Legal Entities) and RADAR (Registry and records of customs and customs-related agents).

The trading company legal entity will acquire the equipment from the Brazilian seller, pay the seller in local currency, and receive the related invoice from the seller in the name of their Brazilian legal entity. After this process, the ownership will then be transferred to the trading company who will be responsible for export and assistance during the customs clearance process.
