Mactec Nano60 Blister Packaging Line

- Custom built machine made earlier this year 2021.
- machine was hardly used maybe 40 hours of run time, works great but we slowed down due to covid
- 15 gallon kettle with 5 valves on the manifold/pumps to deposit gummies directly into the blister packs
- plastic goes straight into a forming station, then gummy is filled in the filling station, sealed in the sealing station then is cut at the cutting station.
- there is a custom printer on it and can print black and white right on the package (optional can be blank as well)
- pumps are adjustable from 1gram to 10 grams, right now the blister and forming station makes 3gram gummies (can be retrofitted out for different sizes/shapes etc through the manufacturer)
- right now circular gummies with changeable inserts (gummy impressions some states require THC impressions on each gummy)
- has varying speeds but on average can produce 20-25 finished blister packs a minute.
- we have pallets of the plastic and the silver lidding foil as well if needed.

International buyers are responsible for hiring, by their own expenses, a trading company. This trading company is a Brazilian legal entity, duly registered with CNPJ (National Registry of Legal Entities) and RADAR (Registry and records of customs and customs-related agents).

The trading company legal entity will acquire the equipment from the Brazilian seller, pay the seller in local currency, and receive the related invoice from the seller in the name of their Brazilian legal entity. After this process, the ownership will then be transferred to the trading company who will be responsible for export and assistance during the customs clearance process.
