Equipment Description

Milestone Scientific Ethos Up Microwave Digestor - This Milestone Ethos UP unit was used to digest various types of cannabis products over the course of three years including flower, oils, concentrates, and topical products. In addition to cannabis samples, many soil and nutrient samples were also digested using this instrument. This unit had a yearly PM performed on it once a year, along with an additional “check up” performed by Milestone as a courtesy for being a large client. Cleaning was maintained regularly by employees in the lab monthly, and any issues regarding performance were sent directly to Milestone and addressed within days. The camera connection; however, does not work on the instrument and was not repaired by Milestone on their last PM due to a part shortage.

International buyers are responsible for hiring, by their own expenses, a trading company. This trading company is a Brazilian legal entity, duly registered with CNPJ (National Registry of Legal Entities) and RADAR (Registry and records of customs and customs-related agents).

The trading company legal entity will acquire the equipment from the Brazilian seller, pay the seller in local currency, and receive the related invoice from the seller in the name of their Brazilian legal entity. After this process, the ownership will then be transferred to the trading company who will be responsible for export and assistance during the customs clearance process.
