Equipment Description
The machine is a carton former and sealer, as well as a carton filler. The equipment, as is, has a bucket style conveyor that would allow for the product to be emptied into the carton.
The carton packing machine features a unique carton feeder, erecting cartons into specially-sized buckets that hold the cartons in place with integrated suction cups throughout the entire arc path of the machine.
This one-of-a-kind design eliminates friction between rails and cartons and prevents scuffing and scratching of delicate carton surfaces. Comes with a Nordson Adhesive dispensing system.

Length: min - ½” (13mm) max - 5” (127mm)
Width: min - ½” (13mm) max - 4” (101mm)
Height: min - 2” (50mm) max - 15” (380mm)
This equipment is fully functional and we would still be using it if we were still packaging in that format. As a consumer products company, we had to adjust our final packaging away from cartons in order to deliver the best product to the consumer, and we no longer pack in cartons leaving this equipment obsolete for us.
