The Versa-SPR is designed and built specifically for slitting and perforating non-woven used in canister-filled wet (or dry) wipe applications

This machine is capable of unwinding, perforating, slitting, and rewinding (to specific count) a 50" wide roll of non-woven material at a speed of 400fpm

With a turret system consisting of 3 spindles, this machine minimizes idle time, maximizes throughput, and can significantly increase your number of slit and perforated rolls per hour. A discharge conveyor delivers rolls for finishing

The machine does have 2 sets of perforating anvils. The anvil sets the length of the perforation

This machine can be run as a slitter/rewinder. It can run without engaging the perforator. So this will provide use in other industries that don't need a perforator

The machine has 7 slitting blades that can be individually taken off line by flipping a switch. The blades are on a rail and are adjustable to allow for various widths

Compressed air requirements: 5 CFM at 90 psi

The machine demonstrated in the video is the exact machine available, test run by the manufacture
