DESCRIPTION: Automatic Horizontal Cartoner Promatic mod. AS 100 totally automatic machine, glazed stainless steel base. Simple and quick format change by adjustments; all format adjustment devices are equipped with metric scales. The machine is equipped with a leaflet feed unit “GUK” consisting of a unit able to carry out the folding of the instructions leaflet before the introduction into the cartons. SECTORS OF USE: Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing. MAIN FEATURES: The machine takes the carton from the magazine by means of suction cups, delivering the carton into erected position at the same time. The product placed on the product chains is transported to the insertion station, which inserts the product into carton with the leaflet. The carton transport continues upper completing embossing, closing of the various flaps and the carton is discharged. The machine is complete with: GUK leaflet fold; Blister stacker / feeder. The machine is designed for gluing the cartons and there are two tubes and two glue jet guns and is also designed for the insertion of the Leatus ARGUS4 code reader.
