  • The 13 identified individually Listed Machines included in this Fully Automated Complete Mascara Line 517, are all linked together by Side Guided Flexlink Conveyors. The Bottles and Brushes run in the 45 x 45 mm Plastic Transport Pucks, on these Side Guided Conveyors through the various Machines until De-Pucking and returning as empty Pucks to start of the process.

    • Then the Check Weigher removes the Filled Bottles 6 at a time and weighs them on the integrated Mettler Toledo Scales, prior to placing the correct weight bottles back into their Conveyor Transport Pucks, ready for transfer by Discharge Conveyor to the downstream Brush Inserter Machine. Any Over or Underweight Bottles are Rejected.

    • This Continuous or Dual Mode Labeller is fitted with Online Bar Code Verification and Coding facilities

    • Bottles enter the machine vertically via Scroll Infeed into a Starwheel, and are placed onto one of 16 platforms on the machine. Once on a platform, the Bottles are individually lifted up out of the Puck and rotated in front of an individual sensor which checks for a Registration (Eye) Mark on the Bottle, and then orientates the Bottle for to the correct position for Labelling.

    • There are 2 Label Heads, which enables Continous running.

    • A Scanner checks the Bar Code and verifies that the correct label has been applied. If No label, or the wrong Bar Code is detected the Bottle will be rejected at the Outfeed, otherwise Good product is discharged via conveyor in its Puck to the downstream De-Pucking Robot.
