Seller Notes: "The MG2 Planeta was purchased with the purpose to fill a capsules (over encapsulation) (DBA, DBAA or DBAA-EL) with a tablet (1,2 or 3 tablets) and refill with powder. It should be possible to only fill a capsules with only powder.
The equipment has not been qualified for production due to changes in our encapsulation strategy, thereby we have not fully tested the machine and don’t have a clear picture of the production reliability.
The MG2 has not been up running since a test in 2012, and the operators that have been trained in the assembling process are no longer in the company.
In our SOP it is stated that there is a:
-Tablet station with 2 vibrators and 2 tablet dosing plates.
-Powder station"
