RMB Ampoule Accumulator Model AFC01

Description: Accumulates the already boxed ampoules ready to be introduced into the cartoning line

SECTORS OF USE: Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, other.

MAIN FEATURES: Cleated conveyor belt with simultaneously adjustable sections, which have to be adjusted according to the size of the ampoules. A photocell controls the presence of boxes on the belt and consents the unit to perform the unloading of the 5 ampoules inside each box. Once the vials are loaded, the belt leads the case under the pressing station. After pressing, the tape advances to the next station for checking again the presence of vials. The boxes on the final tape are further controlled by a photocell, after which they are transferred via a pneumatic piston, to the cartoner.

International buyers are responsible for hiring, by their own expenses, a trading company. This trading company is a Brazilian legal entity, duly registered with CNPJ (National Registry of Legal Entities) and RADAR (Registry and records of customs and customs-related agents).

The trading company legal entity will acquire the equipment from the Brazilian seller, pay the seller in local currency, and receive the related invoice from the seller in the name of their Brazilian legal entity. After this process, the ownership will then be transferred to the trading company who will be responsible for export and assistance during the customs clearance process.
