The machine is a taping machine with a device for automatically folding the four top flaps and sealing cardboard boxes in various shapes and sizes with adhesive tape. Its simple yet sturdy structure and careful design place it at the forefront in the industry. This machine can be used for pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing. The upper and lower taping units are easily accessible for rapid reel changes. The infeed surface height is
adjustable. The machine was designed for use by a single operator. The unit is composed of:
Machine bed, infeed surface, side conveyors, lifting bridge, pneumatic top flaps folding device, lower taping unit, upper taping unit, guards, electrical panel. The BOX 50 is a machine for folding the four bottom flaps of the cardboard box. After it has been filled , the box is transferred automatically to the taping machine.
