SALES AGREEMENT

(?BUYER?) acknowledges and agrees that the Equipment is being sold AS IS and without all warranties, express or implied. FURTHERMORE, ALL EQUIPMENT SALES ARE FINAL AND NOT RETURNABLE. Buyer shall be solely responsible for packing, shipping, and insurance costs to Buyers designated location as well as payment of all Equipment sale taxes (if any) to any taxing authority. This sales agreement addendum will (i) be governed by New York law as applied to New York residents and (ii) supersede any conflicting terms contained in any Purchase Order or other agreement submitted by Buyer.
